Scope of Services
Services include helicopter skill tests, proficiency checks, and any related briefings or debriefings, conducted in accordance with applicable aviation standards and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Eligibility
Candidates must provide valid identification, medical certification, licence documentation where applicable, required endorsements, and logbook evidence before any test or check may commence.
Bookings & Payment
Bookings are only confirmed once agreed in writing. Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Additional charges may apply for extended duty periods, additional administration, or any services outside the original booking scope.
Cancellations
Cancellations by the candidate or operator within 48 hours of the booking may be charged up to the full booking fee. No cancellation fee will apply where the booking cannot proceed due to unsafe weather, examiner unavailability, or aircraft unserviceability.
Safety & Compliance
The examiner reserves the right to postpone, suspend, or terminate any test or check where safety, regulatory compliance, or operational suitability is in question.
Aircraft & Insurance
The operator is responsible for providing an airworthy aircraft that is suitable for the intended test or check. The operator must also ensure that adequate insurance is in place, including cover for examiner participation.
