Since beginning my aviation career in 2005, I have been driven by a commitment to professional excellence and continuous development.
My journey to obtaining both a Grade 1 Helicopter Flight Instructor Rating and Designated Flight Examiner (DFE 1) accreditation was a long and challenging one marked by numerous obstacles, lessons and hard-earned experience.
In 2025, I achieved these professional milestones, fulfilling a goal that had guided much of my aviation career. Today, my focus is on giving back to the industry by sharing that experience with the next generation of pilots, promoting professionalism and contributing to higher training and operational standards within South African aviation.
